For Consumer Accounts:

Due to health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used. However, you may return products within 30 days of receiving your order if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at moshenherbs@gmail.com or call us at 212-753-2442 to initiate a return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

  2. Return Fee: A return fee of $30 per order (not per item) will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling costs.

  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the unopened and unused item(s) in their original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label to return the items to us.

 

For Practitioner Accounts:

We do not accept returns from practitioner orders due to the nature of these transactions. However, if you encounter any issues with our products, please contact us at moshenherbs@gmail.com or call 212-753-2442, and we may be able to offer a credit on a case-by-case basis.

Important Notes:

  • Time Frame: All requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition of Items: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
